Optimize inventory

Turn stock into sales, not storage.

Purser puts inventory, fulfillment, returns and purchase orders next to your sales and marketing, so you see what’s available where and stop paying to promote what you can’t ship.

Illustrative example
One sold-out product, start to finish

From empty shelf to stopped spend.

  1. 1Mon 09:12

    Stock hits zero

Your best-selling shirt sells out in three locations.

  2. 209:15

    Purser flags it

Two live ads are still sending paid traffic to it.

  3. 309:16

    The ads are paused

On Autopilot it happens instantly. In Ask first, you confirm in one click.

  4. 4Thu

    Restocked

The purchase order lands and the ads go back live.

The problem

Stock and marketing rarely talk.

Ads run on sold-out products

Paid traffic lands on pages customers can’t buy from, and the spend is gone.

Replenishment lives in spreadsheets

Purchase orders and stock by location are tracked by hand, and gaps show up late.

Returns hide operational problems

Return reasons sit in a different system from the margin they cost.

Can Purser stop ads on out-of-stock products?

It flags them next to stock levels. With Autopilot on, it can pause them automatically. Otherwise every change runs only after you confirm it.

Does Purser forecast?
